While you’re welcome to cancel services, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
However, there was no client that has ever wanted to get a refund from us!
You could, but there are significant risks to quality, process, and communication.
You need to find(!) and train the freelancer, make a system to manage your tasks and notes effectively, do quality checks, and provide him with all the benefits. And a good video editor or video production freelancer usually costs $70-100k per year.

Absolutely! While we don’t work in-house, you can become a full-time (40h/week) or part-time (20h/week) partner or contact us for one-time project.

We can use any chat of your liking, Slack/Loom/other. Recently we started using Frame.io for feedback and revisions.
For quick calls we use Google Meet or Zoom.
No limits! You can share clips through Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other cloud service.
If you have a big request, you may ship the hard drive to us.
